Answer: You should have a RELIABLE e-mail. If the code-confirmation on e-mail does not come longer than one day, be registered anew. If after several attempts confirmation on registration does not come, replace e-mail and be registered again.

Question: I have forgotten number of the Visitor and/or the password.
Answer: Choose item "Have forgotten the password?" in the form of authorization and enter an e-mail address specified by you being registered in the system.
